Solo practitioner, handling domestic relations, criminal law, probate matters (including wills, estates, adoptions)

Domestic relations entails divorce, custody, modification of divorce decrees, contempt actions, as well as paternity, custody and child support matters, juvenile matters and dependency matters

Criminal matters range from misdemeanors to felony cases, including drug related crimes, theft, robbery, and murder.

Small business cases, including small claims, contract matters, and civil conflicts between individuals

Offer mediations for domestic relations cases, working with the parties’ attorneys to resolve conflict of the parties without going to Court.

CENTER FOR THE LAW AND CIVIC EDUCATION

State Coordinator for the Center, which assists teachers in all grades to help teach social studies, history, and civics. Have worked in the program for more than twenty years, having judged the junior high and senior high civics competition in which students compete on teams to discuss Constitutional questions in Congressional hearing format.

The Center offers professional development for teachers, and hosts meetings to assist teachers with curriculum, including textbooks in the We the People program. There are two other programs offered by the Center, called Project Citizen and Teen Court, which enable students to learn in a different way about the rights and responsibilities of American citizens under the United States Constitution.
